Terms governing engagements with Distributed Sys Digital in Hong Kong.
Acceptance
By requesting a quote, paying a deposit, or attending an engagement with Distributed Sys Digital (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a booking.
Services
We provide professional services related to hardware-wallet fleet reviews, device rotation checklist workshops, recovery drill observation, and inventory baselines. Descriptions on this website are informational. The engagement letter for your booking controls scope.
Client responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for seed phrases, passphrases, private keys, and all cryptographic material. You must provide accurate device inventories and ensure authorised personnel attend. We may pause or end a session if asked to hold, copy, or photograph seed material.
Intellectual property
Checklists, templates, and written notes we prepare for you may be used internally by your organisation. You may not resell our materials as a competing service. Our website content remains our property.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for losses arising from device failure, user error, third-party manufacturer defects, market movements, or unauthorised access that occurs outside our supervised session. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Confidentiality
We treat your inventory details and policies as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the engagement with your consent.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
