How we work
We arrive after your room is set. Your team runs the drill; we time segments, note missing tools, and record whether each device on the day’s shortlist completed a successful recovery to a known test address. Seed material stays with you at all times.
Deliverable
A one-to-two page observation note listing devices that passed, devices deferred, and checklist fields that remain blank.
