Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, message, engagement interest, device count estimates, preferred dates)
• Technical data from essential cookies needed to run the site
• Optional analytics data only if you accept non-essential cookies

We do not request seed phrases, private keys, or full wallet backups through forms or email.

Purpose and legal basis

We use contact data to respond to enquiries and deliver booked engagements. We use essential cookies for basic site function. Where consent is required for analytics cookies, we rely on your cookie banner choice.

Retention

Enquiry emails and form submissions are retained for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting or dispute resolution. Engagement files are retained according to the engagement letter, typically up to seven years for financial records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use processors for email hosting and site hosting under contracts that require appropriate protection. We may disclose information if required by Hong Kong law.

International transfers
