Rates
Engagement fees for hardware-wallet fleet reviews and related checklist work in Hong Kong. Final quotes reflect device count and room logistics.
Fees are quoted in Hong Kong dollars. Travel within Hong Kong Island and Kowloon is included unless evening secure-facility surcharges apply. We do not sell subscriptions or software seats.
Hardware-wallet fleet review
From HK$18,000 / day
Half day usually covers fleets up to about twelve devices when the register is already tidy. Larger inventories, dual-site safes, or same-day recovery drills push into a full day or a second facilitator. Includes completed rotation checklist and debrief.
Device rotation checklist workshop
From HK$9,500
Three to four hours with up to six participants, plus one short follow-up call. Best when policy language is missing before a physical review.
Recovery drill observation
From HK$7,200
Timed observation and written notes. Does not replace your own drill facilitator.
Firmware & inventory baseline
From HK$6,800
Corrects the register before a full fleet review. Often credited partly if you book the flagship review within thirty days — ask when you enquire.

Deposits
A 30% deposit confirms the date. The balance is due on handover of the checklist or observation note. See our refund policy for cancellations and rescheduling.
